We are not Real Estate agents, nor are we associated with any firm. We purchase & sell properties using a variety of plans and programs including all Cash, Lease/Purchase, Land Contract, and Seller Financing.
We typically buy and sell 8 to 10 houses per month. Rest assured that we are not tire kickers; we're professional investors eager to buy and sell homes. Often, if the 'numbers' work, we can close within 7 days!
