Step One:
View the property listings on this site to find one or more homes you might be interested in. The listing shows the size, features, number of bedrooms, etc. The price is also shown, and remember that we will find flexible terms to get you into the house you really love. Step Two:
Print out the directions to the different houses. Drive by the houses to see if they appeal to you from the outside. When you find one that you're ready to see from the inside, simply call the phone number on the sign in the yard. You will be given the combination of the lock box so you can get inside to see the house. Take your time and enjoy looking over the house thoroughly. There will be several information packets inside the house to answer most of your questions.
Step Three:
Once you've found a house you really love, simply complete our brief Buyer Application Form. This form allows us to review your situation and decide on a solution to quickly get you into the house. You can complete the form online or call back the number on the phone to provide your information over the telephone.
